Healthy Recipes: Yogurt Parfait

½ – 1 cup plain, unsweetened, non-fat greek yogurt
Dash of vanilla
1 tsp agave nectar or raw honey
½ cup fresh fruit
Mix in a dish & enjoy. Or make layers with the yogurt & fruit to make a delicious parfait. I prefer ½ cup for a snack, or 1 cup for a meal. I love non-fat greek yogurt because it’s packed with protein.
